I was lucky enough to get chosen for BTOB’s fansign, really. They did it by a lottery system, so if you buy more albums you’ll get a higher chance. I only bought 3, so that’s really lucky for me! ><

So how Korean fansigns work is that you have to go to specific music stores (not just anyone that sells the albums; they’ll state on the fancafe which specific music store you have to buy from cuz only that particular store will have the lottery coupon for you to write your name on and stuff for the lottery) to get the albums. They’ll give you one lottery ticket for every album purchased, and it usually doesn’t come with posters. The music store will charge the albums at a higher price too =_= but yeah, if you really want to get in for the fansign, you have to buy it from them…

The fansign was scheduled to start at 8.30PM, but you can go and collect your queue numbers from 5.00PM. As there are only 150 names, you can pretty much go at anytime you want as long as you’ve been chosen, but you must be there before the fansign ends LOL. If not you wont get your chance like, ever. I reached about 8.00PM because I was running some errands, and my number was 115/150. Not too bad~ Oh and just so you know, the place where this particular music store was held at was this freaking dodgy place. It’s the same place which Block B had their fansign, but I can never understand why they’ll have it there. It’s like… The Korean equivalent’s of Singapore’s Sim Lim Square and Sunshine Plaza combined. I don’t even… The shops in the mall were almost all closed by the time we reached at 8.00PM. So the only shop open was the music store for the fansign… And the cinema next to it .__.

Fans were lined up outside the store by the fan staff prior to the arrival of the boys according to the queue numbers, and were let in in groups of 10 to avoid confusion and keep things organized. When they let us in to the store for my batch, we had to queue behind the leftover fans from the previous batch in front of Eunkwang. They are all really good-looking upclose! The arrangement was according to age, a.k.a their album photos’ line up, so first was Eunkwang, then Minhyuk, Changseob, Hyunshik, Peniel, Ilhoon and Sungjae! The store was playing the album in the background when the fansign took place ^^

Eunkwang is really cheerful and nice! The way he talks help fans relax cuz he knows that most of us are nervous. He’s really comfortable to talk to and he has this face of 8D whenever you talk to him ^^ I had a post-it on my album that says that I’m from Singapore and I can’t speak Korean well; he was surprised that I was from Singapore and he was said ‘Nice to meet you!’ really cheerily in Korean XD Because I wrote my name with this <3 sign next to it (unintentionally), when Eunkwang was writing my name, he wrote the <3 together along with it. I was so surprised! I didn’t mean for him to draw the heart too but he did it anyway. He’s so sweet ;__;

Next was Minhyuk! He saw my post-it and was went “Ahhh~ You’re from Singapore?” in Korean. I answered “Yes!” in Korean as well. He told me “Nice to meet you!” in this American-accented english and I was taken aback! It’s not perfectly American-accented, you can still hear the bits of Korean influence in it. But his smile is really, really, REALLY DAZZLING. I told him that he dances well in my awkward korean, and thankfully he understood! But he laughed at me because I was talking in this really slow pace and trying to get my words out. LMAO. But it was cute ;__; after he signed his page he looked up at me with his 1000watt smile and THERE. THAT DOES IT. THAT IMAGE OF HIS FACE IS FOREVER CAPTURED IN MY MIND AND I CAN’T GET IT OUT OF MY HEAD. It feels somewhat familiar that it’s scary… (I think the same thing happened for Yukwon, fml…)

Changseob is really cute in real life! On broadcasts he seems to appear a little on the chubby side, but I think that’s on screen. He just has really chubby cheeks in real life but he’s slim! And really squishable~ Basically all of them were happy to hear that I was from Singapore (guess they weren’t expecting foreign fans, but there were Japanese and Taiwanese and Chinese fans there as well. And my friend from Britain! ^^) because Changseob also had the same reaction as Eunkwang and Minhyuk. Because my friend is Changseob-biased, I told him that ‘My friend likes you a lot’ in my broken Korean, but because he was busy signing he couldn’t catch what I said. I didn’t want to waste time and risk not being able to deliver what I wanted to say (because that ALWAYS happen when you’re in Singapore fansigns =__=), I just told him in English straight. AND OH MY GOD, HE UNDERSTANDS ME PERFECTLY WELL!!!! He replied me ‘Oh really? Thank you!’ and gave me his cute eye smile and I was like FFFFFFFFFF. AND HE’S THE SAME AGE AS ME OH GOD T___T I totally wasn’t expecting him to understand me but he did, which makes me really happy T___T

Hyunshik is really handsome with his fedora hat )8 I hate to admit it but he does have Kikwang vibes. And certain angles he really does look like that sunbae of his :/ I feel so sad for him that he probably have to live in Kikwang’s shadow for a long while? But ohhh hyunshik, I love you too ;___; When he saw my post-it he mumbled something while signing my album, so I asked him ‘What?’ and he repeatedly mumbled the same sentence again! SO CUTE. But I really couldn’t catch what he was saying, so I just ‘Huh?’ him and asked if he could speak slower. He just let out this awkward chuckle and said ‘It’s okay’ and like oh my god, I felt so bad not being able to hear and understand what he had to say T__T I’M SORRY HYUNSHIK DEAR, I WILL LEARN MY KOREAN WELL AND COME BACK TO TALK TO YOU MORE AND I’LL WRITE YOU AN ESSAY FOR A FAN LETTER OKAY ;_____;

Then it was Peniel! The moment he greeted me ‘Hello!’ in Korean, I told him “I can speak English, so it’s fine ^^” He smiled and let out a relieved sigh and said “Thank you!” Poor bb, he must have been suffocated with all the Korean that’s going around him. I wonder if he understood all of what the k-fans told him? But his reaction was totally so cute! I want to hug him so badly. So when he was signing my album, I asked him a question. IT’S A QUESTION THAT I’VE BEEN DYING TO ASK SO DON’T LAUGH AT ME OKAY. I asked him “So how do I exactly pronounce your name?” And this dear, he wasn’t offended or anything. He just chuckled and said “Puh-neel”, and I repeated after him and he was like “Yes, that’s right!” SO CUTE OH MY GOD ;___; he thanked me and I moved on to the next member, who was…

ILHOON. OH MY GOD ILHOON AND HIS BIG EYES AND CHEEKS SO CUTE FFFFFFF. HE WAS JUST STARING AT ME WITH HIS CUTE BIG EYES WHEN HE TOOK THE ALBUM FROM PENIEL AND WAS LIKE ‘HELLO’ IN KOREAN AND I’M LIKE GUHHHHH DON’T LOOK AT ME WITH THOSE EYES PLEASE KEEP THEM TO YOURSELF T___T And all thanks to that intense stare, I cannot bring myself to say anything to him. Seriously Ilhoon! HOW COULD YOU DO THIS TO ME. I even almost forgot that I was holding on to the present that I was supposed to give him! Until he finished signing and looked up I was like, AH THE PRESENT. So I flustered-ly passed him the paper bag with his present in it and told him it was a present for him. He smiled a little and thanked me for it ;___; generally, he has this cool image thing going on but he’s still cute and squishy T__T for the whole time he was signing the album I was grinning to myself like a fool while looking down at his squishy cheeks ;___; oh my god so cute I can’t T___T

The fansign ended with Sungjae. He really looks like Sungjong from INFINITE. I think it’s his small face… But yeah. I’m not saying anything, they’re two different people and I love Sungjae for his voice and Sungjong for him being him, so don’t get me wrong I’m not doing any intense comparisons. Plus they are both the maknaes of their groups XD I was quiet with Sungjae too because Ilhoon just took me by storm, FML. I was thanking him while he was signing and he smiled and thanked me back, but that was all. But before I left I remembered him waving at me and smiling, so handsome T__T HE DOESN’T LOOK LIKE A ‘95 LINER AT ALL. I MEAN, HOW CAN HE BE THE SAME AGE AS CHANGJO AND RICKY FROM TEEN TOP?!?!! Sigh.

So that marks the end of my journey with BTOB for now! I went to M!Countdown yesterday and saw the boys perform ‘Insane’ live too, so I already feel kinda accomplished ^^ I’m sorry if this was a bad fanaccount but I don’t really know how to write a fanaccount for a fansigning because everything that happens is so personal so it feels weird that I have to write it all out :/ it feels a little like I’m showing off but I’m definitely not! Just wanted to share with you how the boys are like ^^ They’re all really nice and can understand a variety of languages, so if you ever get to meet them in person, don’t hesitate to tell them what you want to say even if you don’t know Korean! It’s highly possible that they’ll understand you, just that they can’t reply you in the language you spoke to them in ^^ They’re really a global group. CUBE, WELL DONE ;___;

Edit: I forgot to add in that Eunkwang said I speak Korean well, which is SO NOT TRUE lol. He’s so sweet for saying that even though I was obviously struggling with the limited Korean I know T___T
